The GOAL: to provide lay counseling training for individuals that will result in greater competence in serving the brokenhearted without the need for academic training or professional licensure.
• Equip those who are called to come alongside the brokenhearted and provide help
• Encourage those who are in need of compassion, care, and counsel
• Empower people of faith as competent “first responders” in making a difference
